Data handled in Conecta
R2M Conecta is R2M Business's internal platform for organizing projects, CRM, calendars and processes. Access is intended for users authorized by the company and may involve identification data, professional contacts, client information, projects, tasks and appointments.
Which Google data are accessed
The Google Calendar connection is optional and starts only when the user chooses to connect their account and grants the permissions presented by Google. Conecta requests basic Google account identification (identifier and email address), the list of calendars in which the account can edit appointments, and access to events in the calendar selected by the user.
For events, the integration may access the identifier, title, description, location, start and end dates and times, all-day status, event status and technical information needed to recognize changes and prevent duplication. Conecta also receives synchronization identifiers and authorization credentials to maintain the authorized connection. The requested permissions are openid, email, calendar.calendarlist.readonly and calendar.events.
How Google data are used
The identifier and email link the Google account to the authorized Conecta user. The calendar list lets the user select a calendar in which they can edit events. Appointment data are used to display and synchronize events between the selected calendar and the R2M Calendar, including creating, updating and cancelling appointments. Local tasks and events authorized by the user may also be sent to the selected Google calendar. When simultaneous changes occur, identifiers and technical information help detect conflicts and prevent duplicate records.
The integration uses encrypted authorization credentials to renew access while connected. Imported event content and synchronization links may remain in Conecta's database after disconnection, subject to the platform's access and retention rules; disconnection removes the local credential and asks Google to revoke authorization. Users may also revoke access in their Google account and request that R2M Business delete imported data.
Access to appointments in Conecta respects user permissions. Data obtained through this integration are not sold, used for advertising or used to train artificial intelligence models. They are processed to provide calendar functionality and by infrastructure services needed to operate the platform.
Sharing, transfer and disclosure of Google data
Data obtained through Google Calendar integration are shared, transferred or disclosed only to provide the connection and synchronization requested by the user, according to the recipients and purposes described below:
- Google: Google's authorization services receive the information needed to connect and validate the account. Google Calendar receives appointment data sent by Conecta to create, update or cancel events in the calendar selected by the user.
- Cloudflare, Conecta's infrastructure provider: Google account identification data, imported events and synchronization records are processed and stored in Cloudflare infrastructure to host and operate the platform. Authorization credentials are also stored in this infrastructure in encrypted form.
- Authorized R2M Business users in Conecta: Shared appointment information may be shown to participants and users authorized to view the team calendar. Changes synchronized from Google for shared appointments follow these same access rules. Personal appointments imported from Google are visible only to the connection owner in the Conecta interface and are not automatically shared with the team.
- People authorized by R2M Business for operations and support: Access to data is limited to what is necessary to maintain the integration, respond to user requests or resolve failures, with security and confidentiality measures.
The integration does not send invitations or emails to participants through Google Calendar. When a user selects a shared calendar in Google, events sent by Conecta are also subject to that calendar's configured access permissions.
We do not sell Google data or share or transfer them for advertising, information resale or training artificial intelligence models. The operational sharing described in this section is limited to calendar functionality and the infrastructure required to provide it.
Security, retention and rights
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access is limited to people and services that need the information to operate Conecta.
Data are kept for as long as necessary for the tool's purpose, the relationship with R2M Business and applicable legal obligations. Users may revoke Google authorization through their Google account settings or request help from R2M Business.
