Privacy and contact data

Data provided when contacting R2M Business are used to respond to requests and organize commercial support.

Form information

The form requests name, company, email, optional phone number, topic of interest and a description of the challenge. When enabled, submissions are forwarded through the server to R2M's support integration. Confirmation appears only after acceptance by the integration.

Do not include employees' personal data or sensitive information in the description. For questions, corrections or requests to delete contact data, write to rosane.zanchi@r2mbusiness.com.

Optional measurement

When configured and authorized by you, Google Analytics measures page visits, WhatsApp clicks and submission confirmations. Form fields are not sent as event parameters. The visit source and landing page may help identify how the contact reached the website.

You can decline measurement and continue using the contact channels. Your preference is stored in this browser. Resetting it below asks for your choice again; it does not delete data already received by the measurement service.

Services involved

Hosting and form protection use Cloudflare services. When enabled, measurement uses Google Analytics. Opening WhatsApp means interacting with that service under its own terms of use.

Commercial contact does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
