He served as Director of the Procurement Department at Curitiba City Hall. At R2M Business, he combines neuroscience, coaching and practical experience to support the performance of people, leaders and athletes.

Education and international work
As a speaker, he represented Brazil at the International Human Rights Forum, a UN event held in South Korea, and at the Forum on Poverty Eradication and Urban Development, organized in partnership with the UN/UNICEF in Bogotá, Colombia.
He works as an instructor, Head Trainer and lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, teaching subjects such as Leadership, Coaching and Neurocoaching, Corporate Coaching, Business Administration and Business Logistics.
